With a strong heritage in demanding exterior projects, developing an exterior-rated flexible linear product was a natural progression. But doing it properly required more than adding another strip to the catalogue.

Colour Consistency, Stabilised in Use 

At LightGraphix, colour matching goes beyond specifying the same CCT. 

LEDs naturally exhibit chromatic shift as they warm, which can alter their final appearance and create perceptible inconsistencies across a lighting scheme. Our LEDs are tightly binned within a two-step MacAdam ellipse and carefully selected to maintain colour consistency and light quality once stabilised in use. 

Close collaboration with Nichia enabled a deeper understanding of real-world LED behaviour beyond standard data. By defining precise colour coordinates for both flexible and rigid formats, we ensure seamless integration between linear products and other LightGraphix luminaires within the project, delivering confidence wherever LightGraphix is specified. 

Precision That Carries Through to Site 

Significant investment in machinery and technical training within our UK operations ensures linear products are cut, connected, moulded, and finished in-house. Supplied in continuous lengths up to 5 metres (model dependent) and precision-cut to 1 mm accuracy, each luminaire arrives ready to install, reducing on-site risk while maintaining warranty integrity.

Engineered for Demanding Environments 

Flexible profiles are IP67-rated and 100% IP-tested, constructed from marine-grade silicone that is flame-, UV-, saltwater-, and solvent-resistant.

Rigid profiles are engineered using the same design principles and light engines, undergo comprehensive in-house testing to ensure consistent output, colour uniformity, and thermal stability, ensuring long-term reliability. 

Supported by a 5-year warranty, the expanded Linear range delivers a single unified system which is colour-matched across the full LightGraphix portfolio and engineered for clean, continuous lines of light in interior, exterior, and marine applications.
